ARCTIC COFFEE WITH MIIKKA MEHTIÖ

Here’s the recipe for the hottest novelty drink of this winter– Arctic Coffee. The drink highlights the delicious aromas of vanilla and cardamom of Arctic Blue Oat and can easily be made from only two ingredients – perfect for this winter’s after-ski!

ARCTIC COFFEE

40 ML Arctic Blue Oat
60 ML Strong filter coffee

Pour the coffee into your mug. Shake the Arctic Blue Oat -bottle well to create a beautiful foamy surface to the drink. Pour the liquor over the coffee.

OTHER OAT COCKTAIL RECIPES

Carrot Cake

60 ML  Arctic Blue Oat
20 ML  Carrot juice
10 ML  Hazelnut syrup
Juice of half a lime (20 ML)

GARNISH:
Oat cookie & cardamom

GLASS:
Highball

Shake the bottle of Arctic Blue Oat well before use. Squeeze the juice of half a lime and measure all the other ingredients into a shaker and shake well. Strain the drink into a highball glass over ice and garnish with a cinnamon stick, a pinch of cardamom and oat cookie crumbs.

Oat Macchiato

40 ML  Arctic Blue Oat
20 ML  Arctic Blue Gin
Top up with coffee or a shot of espresso

GARNISH:
Cardamom

GLASS:
Lowball or cappuccino glass

Shake the bottle of Arctic Blue Oat well before use. Measure the Arctic Blue Gin into a glass, foam the Arctic Blue Oat in a milk frother. Pour over the Arctic Blue Gin and top up with coffee or a shot of espresso. Garnish with a pinch of cardamom.

Oat by the Sea

60 ML  Arctic Blue Oat
40 ML  Fresh orange juice
40 ML  Sea buckthorn juice

GARNISH:
A hint of cardamom

GLASS:
Highball

Shake the bottle of Arctic Blue Oat well before use. Measure all the ingredients into the shaker and shake well. Strain the drink into a highball glass over ice and garnish with a hint of cardamom.

1 shot of espresso (25 ML)
10 ML  Hazelnut syrup (optional)

Chill your cocktail glass. First shake the bottle of Arctic Blue Oat well. Pour all of the ingredients into a shaker, shake well, and double-strain into a glass. Garnish with coffee beans.
