50 ML Arctic Blue Gin
100 ML Tonic water
Ice
GARNISH:
3 highbush blueberries
GLASS:
Highball or lowball
Pour the ingredients over ice and garnish the drink with highbush blueberries. Serve the Arctic Blue Tonic bottle next to the drink. Enjoy responsibly.
Arctic Long Drink
30 ML Arctic Blue Gin
30 ML White grapefruit juice
Top up with bitter lemon (approx. 80 ML)
GARNISH:
3–4 highbush blueberries
GLASS:
Highball
Fill a highball glass to the brim with ice. Measure the gin and grapefruit juice into a glass and top up with bitter lemon. Stir gently and garnish with 3–4 blueberries.
Negroni

20 ML Sweet red vermouth
20 ML Campari

Orange peel

Pour the ingredients over ice in a glass and stir gently. Cut a piece of the orange peel, squeeze the essential oils from the peel into the drink and use the peel as a garnish. If you wish, you can cut the peel into a rectangle.
Lemongrass Sour
40 ML Arctic Blue Gin
20 ML Aquafaba
25 ML Lemon juice
15 ML Lemongrass syrup
10 ML Grand Marnier
2 dashes Orange bitters
GARNISH:
Lemongrass and lemon peel
GLASS:
Lowball or On the Rocks
Measure all the ingredients into a shaker and shake well. Strain the drink into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemongrass and lemon peel.
Blue Aviation
45 ML Arctic Blue gin
20 ML Maraschino liqueur
10 ML Blueberry liqueur
20 ML Freshly squeezed lemon juice
GARNISH:
Blueberries and mint leaves

Place the cocktail glass to chill and measure the ingredients into a shaker. Shake well and double-strain into a glass. Garnish the drink with blueberries and a mint leaf.

45 ML Arctic Blue Gin
5 ML Dry Vermouth

Pickled onion

Chill your cocktail glass. Pour all of the ingredients into a mixing glass, stir, and strain into the cocktail glass. Garnish with the pickled onion.
Blue French 75
30 ML Arctic Blue Gin
15 ML Freshly squeezed lemon juice
10 ML Sugar syrup
60 ML Champagne
GARNISH:
Freeze-dried blueberry

Garnish the exterior of the side of a champagne glass with freeze-dried blueberry (it sticks well with the lemon juice) and chill the glass. Pour the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a shaker and shake. After shaking, double-strain the liquid into the glass and pour in the champagne last.
Rose & Tonic
50 ML Arctic Blue Gin Rose
140 ML Grapefruit tonic water
Ice
GARNISH:
Grapefruit, basil

Wine
Pour the Arctic Blue Rose and Arctic Blue Tonic into a wine glass filled with ice. Stir lightly. Garnish with grapefruit and basil. Enjoy responsibly.

60 ML prosecco
60 ML lemon soda

40 ML Arctic Blue Oat
1 large ice cube
Shake the bottle of Arctic Blue Oat well before use. This dairy-free delight combines bold flavours and aromas of wild berries from the Finnish forest. A smooth and creamy liqueur that can be served neat and enjoyed all year round. Enjoy with style.
Oat by the Sea
60 ML Arctic Blue Oat
40 ML Fresh orange juice
40 ML Sea buckthorn juice
GARNISH:
A hint of cardamom

Shake the bottle of Arctic Blue Oat well before use. Measure all the ingredients into the shaker and shake well. Strain the drink into a highball glass over ice and garnish with a hint of cardamom.
OATINI – Oat Espresso Martini
60 ML Arctic Blue Oat
1 shot of espresso (25 ML)
10 ML Hazelnut syrup (optional)

Chill your cocktail glass. First shake the bottle of Arctic Blue Oat well. Pour all of the ingredients into a shaker, shake well, and double-strain into a glass. Garnish with coffee beans.
Carrot Cake
60 ML Arctic Blue Oat
20 ML Carrot juice
10 ML Hazelnut syrup
Juice of half a lime (20 ML)
GARNISH:
Oat cookie & cardamom

Shake the bottle of Arctic Blue Oat well before use. Squeeze the juice of half a lime and measure all the other ingredients into a shaker and shake well. Strain the drink into a highball glass over ice and garnish with a cinnamon stick, a pinch of cardamom and oat cookie crumbs.
Oat Macchiato
40 ML Arctic Blue Oat
20 ML Arctic Blue Gin
Top up with coffee or a shot of espresso

Shake the bottle of Arctic Blue Oat well before use. Measure the Arctic Blue Gin into a glass, foam the Arctic Blue Oat in a milk frother. Pour over the Arctic Blue Gin and top up with coffee or a shot of espresso. Garnish with a pinch of cardamom.
O’COLADA
40 ML Arctic Blue Oat
40 ML Pineapple juice
20 ML Coconut cream
15 ML Lime juice
10 ML Honey
Ice
GARNISH:
Pineapple, honey and coconut flakes
Shake the bottle of Arctic Blue Oat well before use. Pour all of the ingredients into a shaker, shake well, and strain into a glass over ice. Alternatively mix everything with ice in a blender. Garnish with pineapple, honey and coconut flakes.
ARCTIC COFFEE
40 ML Arctic Blue Oat
60 ML Strong filter coffee
Pour the coffee into your mug. Shake the Arctic Blue Oat -bottle well to create a beautiful foamy surface to the drink. Pour the liquor over the coffee.

40 ML Arctic Blue Laku
Cream (optional)

Shotglass
Chill the shot glass. Shake the bottle of Arctic Blue Laku.
Pour Arctic Blue Laku into your shot glass and garnish with lightly whipped cream.
Arctic Berry Mocktail
100 ML Arctic Blue Tonic
20 ML Supasawa (alternatively lime cordial or lime juice)
10 ML Lingonberry juice
20 ML Vanilla syrup
1⁄2 Teaspoon cardamom seeds
GARNISH:
Lingonberries
GLASS:
Highball
Fill the glass with ice and add the ingredients to the glass. Stir with a spoon and garnish with lingonberries.
